DIY Name Blocks Tutorial

Start by watching this quick tutorial — it’ll walk you through every step!

Now let’s create your own adorable baby name blocks!

🕒 This project can take about 30-90 minutes from start to finish, depending on the length of your child’s name.

Inside the kit, you'll find:
✨ Smooth, pre-cut wooden blocks
✨ 4 paints in your chosen curated colour palette
✨ 1 paintbrush and vinyl letters
✨ Easy peasy instructions

While everything you need is included in the kit, a couple of extra tools can help you get the most polished finish possible:

✨ Pointed tweezers — super handy for placing vinyl letters neatly. I also use the ‘weeding’ tool (one with the pink tip) in this kit to help me remove the vinyls neatly, though tweezers will also work!
Sandpaper — gives your blocks an extra-smooth base in-between coats of paint.

They're totally optional, but if you're after that extra bit of ease and finish, I’ve linked my favourite ones above (Affiliate links)
