When will my order be shipped?

Ready to ship items will be on their way within one working day via Royal Mail, and you'll receive a confirmation email once they're dispatched. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays, as well as those placed on weekends and UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day. Keep in mind that working days don't include bank/public holidays or weekends.

For handmade and personalised items, the turnaround time can be found in the product description. Check your chosen product for the most up-to-date info. You’ll be notified once your order is shipped. Please note that turnaround times may change based on pending orders.

All orders are shipped together in one parcel. So, if you have a mix of personalised and ready-to-ship items, they'll be shipped within the timeframe of the longer turnaround time. If you prefer your stock items to ship sooner, please place separate orders.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £3.95

Mainland UK shipping is free for all orders over £50.

Do you offer a fast track service for made to order products?

Celebrating a special occasion and need your custom painted items ASAP? Upgrade to a priority order at checkout! Your order will jump to the front of the production line, ready to be made within a week instead of the current turnaround time. Rest assured, other orders won't be affected — I work extra hours to make it happen, just for you!

Do you ship internationally?

I'm thrilled to let you know that worldwide shipping is now available! I use Royal Mail tracked post to ensure a safe and reliable delivery.

During checkout, the delivery cost will be automatically calculated for you based on your location. It's super convenient!

Within Europe, you can expect your item to arrive within 3-5 working days after it has been dispatched. For the rest of the world, it usually takes around 7-10 working days.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond my control. So, it's always a good idea to allow adequate time for your parcel to reach you before enquiring about your parcel’s whereabouts.

It's important to note that any duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be incurred upon delivery.

I missed my delivery, what can I do?

Missed delivery? No worries! If the postie couldn't catch you, your package will be waiting at a local post office or collection centre. Remember to pick it up within around 14 days. If not, it'll automatically be sent back.

If your package returns is returned to me, don’t fret I can resend it. Just keep in mind, you'll need to cover the extra postage.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

I’ve got you covered with free UK returns!

No matter the reason, if you don't absolutely love your purchase, no worries! You can return it within 14 days of receipt. Just pop me an email over at hello@littleberrybutton.co.uk to request a return. I'll send you a free returns label to print and attach to your parcel. Please make sure to send the item back within the next 14 days (that's a total of 28 days from the date you received it). Unfortunately, returns can't be accepted beyond the 28-day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition—just like when you received it.

Please note that personalised products and items painted in custom colors can't be returned or refunded. They're uniquely yours!

Once your parcel is safely returned, it will be inspected and then will shortly be in touch with your refund information. Please note, Little Berry Button reserves the right to reject a return if it's incomplete or if the item has been used.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whomever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach me and you don't have proof you sent it back, I won't be able to refund you :(

Refunds

If your refund is approved you will be notified and the refund will be processed within 7 working days, The refund will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the cost of postage.

Unfortunately, there are a few items I can't accept refunds or exchanges for, unless they arrive damaged. These include:

  • Sale items

  • Made to order items including: Name Blocks, Bespoke Painted Rainbows, Multicultural Wooden Dolls.

  • Little Berry Button Sensory Rattles or Teething Rattles for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

At the moment, exchanges aren’t available, but if you'd like to buy a different product, I can process a refund for your original item. Once you receive your refund, you can go ahead and place a new order for the product you really want!

I have received a damaged item, what are my options?

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, here's what you need to do:

Drop me an email at hello@littleberrybutton.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your purchase, and include photos of the damage or fault. Make sure to keep all parts of the product, including anything that's faulty—don't toss it away! If the damage occurred during shipping, hold onto all the evidence and packaging for a postal claim.

If the product is indeed damaged or faulty, I’ll cover the cost of return postage and offer you either a replacement or a full refund. However, please note that Little Berry Button reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is not deemed to be faulty.

If you return the item damaged or incomplete without prior communication, the refund may be rejected or you may be offered a partial refund.

I want to make things right for you, so don't hesitate to reach out.

My order has been lost in the post. What do I do?

In the event of lost mail, I will first try to locate your parcel with the postal service. Please note that parcels are not deemed lost until at least 15 working days after postage within the UK, and 28 working days after postage internationally.

If your order has been confirmed lost I will re-send the order to you subject to availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? It happens. If you need to cancel your order I can do this within 30 minutes of you placing your order, please email as soon as possible to hello@littleberrybutton.co.uk.

If your order contains a made to order item I will not be able to cancel your order if I have already started to create your piece.

If you request a cancellation after your order has been shipped, I will be unable to process a refund until the items have been returned to Little Berry Button. Once received, your refund will be processed, minus the cost of postage.

Can you help me choose colours for my name blocks?

Of course, I would love to! Before placing your order email hello@littleberrybutton.co.uk with your preferred colour scheme and pictures of the room you’d like to display them in, and I will help you select the most complimentary combination for the space.
